By downloading, installing, or playing NumStorm (the "App"), or by visiting numstorm.bedinilabs.com (the "Website"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App or Website.

NumStorm is a free-to-play arcade math survival game developed by BedinilAbs. The Website hosts a public leaderboard displaying scores voluntarily submitted by players.

Score submission is entirely optional. If you choose to submit a score, you may provide a nickname (1–20 characters, alphanumeric with _, -, . allowed) or a random nickname will be assigned. Your submitted score and nickname become visible on the public leaderboard. No real name, email address, or account is required or collected.

You agree not to use nicknames that are offensive, impersonating, or otherwise harmful. BedinilAbs reserves the right to remove any entry at its discretion.

All game content, graphics, music, and code are the property of BedinilAbs. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App or Website without prior written permission.

The App and Website are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. BedinilAbs does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, accuracy of leaderboard data, or compatibility with every device.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BedinilAbs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App or Website.

BedinilAbs may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App or Website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
